Pickworths invited Sarah Adjer who is the Community Fundraising Officer at the Hospice of St Francis to the office to collect a cheque for £1855.18.  The money was raised for the Hospice by the Legal Eagles Skydive Team.  Senior Partner Ian Tottman, Wills & Probate Solicitor June Yap and the Practice Administrator Sheila McEntee made tandem skydives at Hinton Skydiving Centre in Northamptonshire.  

Ian Tottman who previously made a tandem jump 2 years ago for the Hospice also at Hinton said “It was really good to support the Hospice again.  Between us we managed to exceed our target of £1200 by 55%.  Our donation can cover the cost of 5 days care for one patient in the In Patient Unit.  The Hospice continues to work hard accross the community, trying to reach everyone who needs their special care and providing that care either at home, through their Day Therapy Unit or the In Patient Unit."  For more information on the Hospice of St Francis visit their website www.stfrancis.org
