ISO 9001 is recognised globally for the quality management of businesses. It sets down systematic procedures to control products and services firms’ supply, to ensure that the needs and expectations of clients are met.
As part of our Quality System we send out Client Satisfaction Questionnaires at the end of each matter. The information clients provide is important in helping us assess ways of continually improving our service to achieve the best results for all clients’. |
